Return policy


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can offer you a partial refund or exchange.

*Customers have to cover the EMS / UPS shipping fee for the package return (For shoes only).

*Please note: We do not issue refunds for the following:

  • Theft of package from home address
  • Customer entering wrong address

To be eligible for a return, the items need to be in the same condition that you received it.

Big Sale/Clearance Items

We do not offer refunds for purchases during specified sales or clearance events. This includes any purchases with a discount greater than or equal to 30% (or labeled on our website that sales are final). We will clearly specify on various parts of our website that purchases during this sale are final.

Once your returned item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to confirm the full refund of your order.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Size Issue For Shoes


To reduce the possibility of disputes, please take clear photographs of the items while placed on the ground and place a ruler or measuring tape to measure out the differently sized part. The photos should then be submitted to the after-sales team. We will provide a reply to your problems as soon as possible. Usually, it will take 1-3 business days.

Please ship the package to the address provided by the after-sales team. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a 100% refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.


If you do not wish to use the return label, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This includes the cost for the shipping label for original payment refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



  • Please note that we issue return label only for the products which is wrongly shipped by us in wrong Size.

  • Please note that we won't be able to accept any returns if the package is a box. Please use the delivery bag or the bag you got from DHL to ship your returns. All returns must be in a bag. Thank you for understanding.
